Policies
A deposit of 50% total cost is due upon booking. Your space will not be reserved until a deposit has been made.
The remainder of your balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
All deposits are non-refundable. We will review requests to modify trips as needed.
Travel Insurance
Things can happen when we travel…weather, Covid, any really, anything under the sun. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip to cover the unexpected.
