The Iguana House is an authentic, beachfront Belizean bungalow, sitting on Ambergris Caye’s beautiful barrier reef! This rustic Belizean house, built of Ironwood and Belizean hardwood, was built on the mainland and was loved so much, that it was barged to this very spot. It was the first and only house on this fabled stretch of beach on Ambergris Caye! This is a unique and intimate option for saltwater fishermen/women. With fishing right out the front door, this is the place for people who love to fish and want a little more privacy and freedom! The Iguana House is a private home. The main house combined with the casita comfortably sleeps 7-8 fishermen.
The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. The large, wrap-around deck is exactly what the doctor ordered and will surely wash away all of your worries!

The spacious living room and kitchen at the Iguana House offers all the amenities you will need in your home away from home! This space offers A/C, a fiber optic WiFi, Smart TV, games, books and movies! The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, filtered water cooler, and kitchen tools you may need!
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom 1: Upstairs, Queen, Full and twin bed, attached bath.
Bedroom 2: Downstairs Master: 2 Double beds, attached bath.
Bedroom 3: Bunk room: Double bed over Double bed, adjacent bath.

Private dock, wraparound deck and hammocks, outdoor games, horseshoes, corn hole, Bocce ball and 2 kayaks. Ultimate relaxation and convenience!
