For more than 4 days of stay in our retreat, we require our valued clients to have 1 home cleaning in midweek for only USD 200.

However, a la carte meal service does not include alcoholic beverages. For meal add-ons, we advise our valued guests to schedule their meals and their add-ons before their trip so that this will give us an ample amount of time to thoroughly prepare the add-ons.

However, our add-ons are only available for the entire day. Also, refer to this guide and rules we have here at Iguana House Belize:

  • We do not give refunds for meals that are not consumed.
  •  Lobster dishes are not available on our menu from February 14 to June 15.
  •  All prices are quoted per night, with chosen add-ons for the entire private residences.
  •  All prices do not include a 9% government tax and a 10% service charge.
  • All our prices are based on double occupancy (unless marked otherwise).
  • Additional alcohol can be purchased on guests’ behalf. We have a per case rate and we encourage guests for an advanced notice. However, for any import liquor preferences, we advise our guests to make their purchases at the Duty-Free Store at BZE airport.
  • In addition to our add-ons, Iguana House Belize can also customize and arrange local flights from Philip Goldson International Airport to San Pedro. (The cost per person is $200 for a round trip).

– Our Belizean flats have tarpons and bonefish.

– Pickup time is at 7:00 AM
(but can be changed if needed)

– Half Days: 4 hours ($400)
