DIY Rates
DIY Packages: 7/4 includes 4 days guided fishing, 6/3 includes 3 days guided fishing, 5/2 includes 2 days guided fishing -plus a snorkel/Caye Caulker trip, in addition to the above items. For the DIY days, Iguana House staff will head up to Tranquility Bay with your group (weather dependent) and assist with everything from finding fish, to landing fish, serving lunch, rigging rods, you name it! It is an opportunity to relax, enjoy the natural wonders of Ambergris Caye, and do some fishing on your own, at your pace and intensity.

BASE /HOME RENTAL
*House rental of more than 4 days requires 1 House cleaning midweek at $200USD

*A La Carte Meal Service does not include alcoholic beverages.
With House rental, versus package booking, meal add-ons require reasonable notice. Iguana House requests scheduling meals prior to your trip, to the best of your ability, so that we can be properly prepared.
ALL-INCLUSIVE ADD-ON – $125 USD per person/per day, KID RATE: $40 USD/ per day.
Daily Maid Service, Full laundry service, 1 Daily Full hot/served breakfast, 1 Daily lunch, 1 Daily Dinner with Dessert (ALL MEALS); 6 local beverages pp/pd (i.e. Belikin beer, local rum drinks, local Coca Cola and Fanta soda products).
All-Inclusive Add-On is only available for the entire stay;
No refunds are available for meals not consumed.
Lobster Dishes are not available on our Menu from February 14th through June 15th.
All prices are quoted per night, with chosen Add-Ons for the entire private residence and are in US Dollars.

Additional alcohol can be purchased on guests’ behalf, with advanced notice, at a per-case rate, upon guest request. Iguana House recommends persons who have import liquor preferences to purchase at Duty Free Store at BZE airport.
We can also customize local flights from the Philip Goldson International Airport to San Pedro, cost per person is $200USD (Round Trip.)
TOUR ADD-ONS:
FLY FISHING: Pole our productive Belizean flats for tarpon, bonefish and permit with our select Iguana House guide staff. This abundant fishery offers ample opportunities to many species, all year round. If you are uneasy about fly fishing in saltwater conditions, our guides are great teachers; and can also take spinning gear for you, as an alternative. 1 or 2 anglers only. Pickup time is at 7AM but can be changed if needed. Half days are 4 hours, full days are 8 hours including pickup and drop off time. $600USD/full day, 8 hrs; $400USD/ half day, 4 hrs. Beer, soda and water included.
Saltwater fly fishing/ Casting Instruction, available upon request. $60USD/hr.
